Took the verbal and numeric tests online. These were timed tests and not that difficult.
There was a job fit interview, and after two weeks, I was flown to Plano, TX. There were two case interviews and one behavioral interview for the lead position.
The case interviews were related to Break Even and Profitability of a Process in the company.
The Break-Even case was good; the Profitability case was cracked in 15 minutes.
The interview process seemed like a stereotype process and a little bit tiresome for out-of-city candidates. It did not seem tailored for someone with 10-15 years of industry experience who was a good fit for the job. They seem to have a standard set of processes.
I was not asked any questions related to the position applied for.
