Senior Associate Java Interview Experience - Rolling Meadows, Illinois

Online Test, Phone Screen, Onsite.
Please note carefully my observations at the onsite interview, which included two technical and two behavioral interviews:
- One of the interviewers had no idea of a must-have REST API concept.
- To my complete surprise, one interviewer told me, "If he can get a job at Capital One, why not you???" referring to one of my friends working at Capital One.
I did not understand what the interviewer meant by saying the above. I believe he tried to stereotype me.
Do you think a seasoned interviewer can talk like that?
Complete injustice was done to me.
I answered all Core Java, Spring, and REST questions.
I did whiteboard programming successfully.
Had the worst experience I have ever had interviewing at any company to date.
