The interview format, "Power Day," consisted of two behavioral and two job-fit interviews.

This interview process was one of the most professional I’ve ever experienced. The recruiter was very timely, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was provided with preparatory materials (sample behavioral interview questions) well ahead of my interview date. I was also provided with the names of my interviewers and the structure of the "Power Day."

The interviewers were very kind and engaging. Each behavioral/job-fit interview question felt more like a conversation than a quiz. While I answered the behavioral interview questions in S.T.A.R. format, I truly enjoyed getting questions along the way. This gave me a chance to share my unique experiences and provided the best opportunity for them to get to know me as a candidate.

So far, my experiences with Capital One have far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I've interfaced with since interviewing here has been helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.
