The recruiter contacted me and then sent a CodeSignal coding assessment consisting of four questions, ranging from easy to hard.
The first two questions were quite easy and necessary to pass to move forward to the final round – the Power Day.
The Power Day consisted of four interviews:
The first case interview question was: What are the benefits of having a chatbot for both customers and a banking company?
The second question was: What data may be used for the chatbot to provide a list of possible questions a user might have? The answer is clicks and transactions.
After the interviewer provided simple code (you could choose between Python or Java), you had to state the output of the code, which was quite easy and straightforward. Then, you were asked to make some modifications to the code, again, relatively easy.
Technical - An easy task to create an Object-Oriented Design (OOD) of a Bank and Account with simple manipulations like creating an account, adding balance, withdrawing, and transferring money from one account to another.
System Design - Design a Credit Card system.
Behavioral - Standard 3 behavioral questions, which you may find online.
What are the benefits of having a chatbot, both for customers and for the company (banking company)? What data may be used for the chatbot to be able to provide a list of possible questions that a user may have? The answer is clicks and transactions.
