Pros: A very friendly, collaborative environment with a big push in tech to maintain a good work/life balance.

Cons: The worst is probably their requirements management. Because they are managing several business teams in several businesses, everything requires being signed off in triplicate (metaphorically), so you never know when requirements will actually be finalized. This means constant context switching as work dries up in one area and management pushing to start projects without full requirements. Also, a ton of their infrastructure is all developed internally, which means lots of poorly-maintained documentation and frequent stalls to fix internal bugs. Accomplishing what should be easy tasks often requires a Slack message in the right channel or to the right person, making it difficult to get into the zone for writing code.

Pros: - Location and a sprawling campus - Occasional events and parties - Latest technology setup - Trainings - Good 401K

Cons: There is a lot of diversity in the company, but there are some really bad racist managers who pass comments, exploit, and treat their employees horribly. It seems this is acceptable behavior within the company, as these people have been with the company for 10-20 years in some cases. It leads to low morale, depression, and can turn your life into hell. A hyper-aggressive work environment and bullying by these managers are never heard of anywhere in the IT or banking industry. A brutal review process where managers have to fight each other. The one who beats others in this fight gets a good review about their employee. It doesn't matter how hard you worked or what great thing you achieved; it all boils down to the teams you work with, how well your manager can fight them during the review process, and the political equations. A politically charged environment where teams gang up against other teams or persons. Age-based discrimination. Medical insurance is not up to the mark, and you pay a lot of money out of pocket during visits. Dental insurance is worse.

Pros: Job security, good salary, and competitive benefits.

Cons: Primarily navigating a complex bureaucracy.
