I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.

Talked to recruiter, did coding assessment, then a power day. If you do your research and read others' experiences on here and Reddit, you can prep pretty well. I passed the interviews and placed in the team matching phase, but then the position got cancelled. I will remain in their system for ~1 year and could potentially match with a new role.
