I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
I interviewed for the Senior Software Engineer position.
- Feb 10 – Completed PowerDay interviews
- Feb 12 – Received an email saying they would schedule a time to discuss results
- Feb 17 – Informed that I passed but was being leveled down from Senior SWE to Senior Associate SWE
Currently in the team matching stage. HR mentioned that there isn’t a team available at the moment, so I need to wait for a match.
The interview process itself was structured and professional. Communication after PowerDay was relatively quick at first, but the team matching process feels uncertain and open-ended. HR responses have been somewhat slow, and there isn’t a clear timeline on next steps.
Overall, it seems that passing the interview does not guarantee an immediate offer — team availability plays a significant role. Still waiting and hoping for an update.
