Overall, I would rate the technical difficulty of the interview questions as easy to average. The behavioral interview was in the STAR format, and the interviewer asked questions on how I have previously handled conflict in the workplace.
I left the interview process feeling confident about my odds but got a rejection email the following workday. Unfortunately, Capital One has a policy where they don't offer feedback into why you were rejected.
