Applied online. The recruiter contacted me the next day and scheduled an online HackerRank quiz, consisting of 7 MCQ technical questions and 3 coding questions (easy, medium, hard).

Once cleared, I received an immediate call from HR the next day to schedule a telephonic round. After clearing that, I received another immediate call from HR the same day, inviting me for an on-site interview in Richmond, Virginia.

All arrangements were made perfectly: flight, hotel, taxi, and food. Everything was perfect. I've never experienced such hospitality from any company.

The next day's on-site interview was pretty standard, with 3 interviews: 2 behavioral interviews and 1 job-fit interview.

The interviewers were very helpful and provided detailed explanations about the team. The job-fit interview focused on system design and architecture, depending on the role applied for.

I received an offer the next day. The process was very fast, taking only 7 days from the first coding quiz to the offer.
