First is the online assessment, which takes an hour or two, followed by a chat with a recruiter if you pass. After that, you do a "power day," which consists of four one-hour interviews on the same day.

Then you get ghosted for two weeks, only to be told you passed with flying colors and that everyone loved you. Next, you're ghosted again for a week, only to be told, "Oh, the position was filled. BUT, don't worry, there's another amazing team which really wants you."

Another week of being ghosted, and what do you know? "Oh, sorry, the position has been filled."

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS TRASH PROCESS FOR A MEDIOCRE COMPANY.

I spent countless hours not only preparing but also interviewing. I had to take a whole day of PTO to do the "power day," and they don't have the courtesy to respect your time by giving you timely answers. What an absolute embarrassment of a company.
