Software Developer Interview Experience - Richmond, Virginia

Process

I applied via a campus recruiter, passed the first-round interview, and was invited for an on-site interview.

To my best knowledge, everything went well, and I was shocked when, a couple of days later, I received a rejection email.

I could not pinpoint the reason, but the overall interview questions were not unfamiliar to me. It could be challenging, but be prepared to do three sections of 45-minute interviews each.

The interview consisted of three rounds:

  • Case
  • Behavioral
  • Technical (Job Fit)

Questions

Analyze some business problems, do some coding problems, and discuss some behavioral questions.
