Straight to onsite. The interview had 3 parts:
- Behavioral
- Case interview
- Technical
The technical portion included 3 LeetCode questions, all LeetCode tagged: two easy and one medium. For the case interview, the candidate worked through a random business situation and was asked for input. The behavioral part was straightforward as it did not involve "tell me a time when" questions, but rather hypothetical scenarios.
