Pros: Capital One's a great place to work right out of college. They give tons of training, they have wonderful development programs, and an awesome culture. I've never had any real trouble with anything here.
Cons: Like most large companies, there are some wait times for things like access to software, etc., but these are not a big factor in the long run.
