Software Engineer Interview Experience - McLean, Virginia
Process
Initially, there was a HackerRank coding quiz that consisted of two questions testing problem-solving abilities.
However, after passing the quiz, I had an interview with a hiring manager that I can only describe as bizarre.
The questions raised some red flags for me, and even if I had received an offer, I would have declined it.
I have serious concerns about Capital One management if this interview is indicative of the software engineering management team.
