Pros: It is the best place to work for career growth, and the company seems to care about employee job satisfaction. There are lots of opportunities to grow your skillset within the company.

Cons: Politics. If you want to get promoted, you have to do more than just technical skill.

Pros: - Decent salary (but has not kept pace with inflation). - Good work-life balance, mostly due to corporate inefficiency. - There is interesting work being done here, but you need to look for it.

Cons: - Yearly salary adjustments have not kept pace with inflation and the rising cost of living in Northern Virginia. - Multiple senior leaders have stated (unprompted) that showing emotion is inappropriate in the workplace. - Poorly designed internal tech tools are billed as major successes, and using them is mandatory, but they often do not meet the needs of their users. - You are happy to work here and everything is great. Please do not confuse your colleagues by suggesting otherwise. Constructive criticism of the status quo will not be tolerated.

Pros: 401k PTO Sick leave Cafe

Cons: Managers Pay Stuck N/A
