Pros: 5 stars for the company itself, as far as the level of technology and the services available to employees, which is quite impressive for a company of this size.
You will have your hands in all sorts of technologies right from the start.
Benefits are great; pay is ok.
Cons: Reviews are brutal in that they pit employees of like title against each other, with only your manager to fight for you. It is tough to get very far if you are in shared technology services unless you have been there a long time or are Indian.
Not enough time to learn technologies properly; they are more interested in being first to launch.
