Process
I scheduled an initial phone screen.
The recruiter called me several days prior to the scheduled date, without warning.
She asked if I could reschedule the interview or have the interview immediately if I was available. For whatever reason, I obliged to do it right away.
She didn't give any details about the role at all, ran through a checklist of questions already answered on the application, and then utterly dismissed me as a QA without allowing me to elaborate on my experience whatsoever.
Probably my worst ever experience with a phone screen.
