The process took over four weeks.

First, a Codesignal OA was sent out, containing four questions: three medium and one hard.

The next step was the "power day," which was four hours long in total. This consisted of three one-hour interviews with an hour break in between.

The technical interview was the worst. It might have been a bad draw of luck, or their interviewers are just that bad, but I had one interviewer who prevented me from trying to resolve the questions in a way that would have gotten the job done before I even finished. It seems like they were looking for a specific, cookie-cutter answer.

The case interview was also bad. They provide outdated materials for preparation that are totally irrelevant. Their case interview prep work is only useful if you're applying for business and finance positions.

Additionally, I couldn't even understand what the interviewer was saying most of the time, even when I repeatedly asked them to clarify. Their questions also seemed out of scope for a new grad position.

Behavioral:

• A time you challenged the status quo.
• A time you learned something new to achieve a goal.
• A project you worked on.

Technical:

• A linked list question finding the average.
• An OOD question revolving around a bank account that has you create functions to deposit, withdraw, and show balance.

Case interview:

• A chatbot and what benefits it could provide to customers using it and the company.

• A piece of code used at the company is given, and you are asked what it does and what it returns given an input they provide.
