Disorganized. Poor communication. Hastily put-together.
Every step of the way, HR mismanaged communication and expectations. Full-time staff had no idea why I had to fly out to an alternate location to do an interview for a position in a different city.
Instead of eating lunch with me, a potential recruit, they left me to eat by myself with a salad that had been sitting out for hours.
