Pros: Great culture and work-life balance. People really care about each other and are willing to help out, whether it's in problem-solving or mentorship.
Cons: You work with a lot of legacy code. This slows down development, even if you're building a new system, since it'll inevitably depend on a legacy system.
Legacy code also requires a lot of maintenance to keep it compliant with the never-ending cyber mandates. So a lot of dev time is spent working on cyber stories instead of development.
