There is a fifteen-minute phone screen, followed by a coding test. The coding test was of average difficulty and administered through a third-party testing suite. I ended the testing without passing because I ran out of time.

Pros: A lot of interesting technologies to work with and some solid engineers.
Cons: Incredibly poorly managed. Went through a new boss a month as people constantly left.
Really low morale. Very political culture. Management doesn't listen to engineering.
