It was a long, four-hour process where I went through three interviews.
The first was behavioral, the second was a coding challenge, and the third was something akin to system design.
I would say the process was smooth, if not tiring.

Pros: There are opportunities for growth and overall career development if you are willing to do the work. There are a lot of individuals that have been here for many years and are still happy. There are chances to move around within the company.
Cons: We are calibrated twice a year against each other. This process can be stressful if you are not clear how to navigate it.
