Cons: Have to be competitive and creative. There is no excuse.

Pros: Stable employment with good benefits.
Lots of extremely smart people.
A great place to grow, learn, and challenge yourself.
Great amenities at the McLean HQ; makes it worth coming in.
Cons: - Ruthless, fear-driven management culture with lots of dark triad types, but you can learn to avoid them.
- You need to make friends quickly if you are going to be successful here.
- Somewhat low pay compared to industry standard.
- Very little flexibility on WFH.
