Pros: Good for grads or interns to join in the UK, then after a few years, go for better salary outside.
Cons: Avoid Capital One if you are an ethnic candidate; it's not worth your time finding your way out of a system that is working against you.
There are limited opportunities to grow high up.
There is a culture of privilege. In the majority of low performer cases, ethnic minorities are at the receiving end, resulting in talented people choosing to leave.
There is a very high attrition rate of ethnic minorities in Capital One UK.
