Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience - India
Process
There was an initial GCA Codesignal assessment. After that, I was invited to do the Powerday interview, which consisted of three rounds: Technical, Behavioural, and Case. Each round lasted one hour.
The Technical round included a design problem and a medium/hard LeetCode question. The Case Interview had a mix of code review and refactoring, plus business decision-making. The Behavioural round was standard.
