Cons: There is a lot of diversity in the company, but there are some really bad racist managers who pass comments, exploit, and treat their employees horribly. It seems this is acceptable behavior within the company, as these people have been with the company for 10-20 years in some cases. It leads to low morale, depression, and can turn your life into hell.
A hyper-aggressive work environment and bullying by these managers are never heard of anywhere in the IT or banking industry.
A brutal review process where managers have to fight each other. The one who beats others in this fight gets a good review about their employee. It doesn't matter how hard you worked or what great thing you achieved; it all boils down to the teams you work with, how well your manager can fight them during the review process, and the political equations.
A politically charged environment where teams gang up against other teams or persons.
Age-based discrimination.
Medical insurance is not up to the mark, and you pay a lot of money out of pocket during visits. Dental insurance is worse.
