An Employer That Cares
Software Development Engineer III • Current Employee
Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom
October 12, 2020
Pros: Excellent work/life balance with virtually no expectation to do extended hours. Fantastic associate benefits and an excellent workplace environment. The company truly values its employees and gives ample opportunity for career growth.
Cons: A lot of red tape when it comes to tech implementation. What was once a very creative environment for a software engineer is now a little more restrictive, which can at times be frustrating when things that should be quick take a while to implement due to process. But then it is a financial services company, so it’s understandable in many ways.
