Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.

Pros: It seems like if you work here, there aren't any expectations of you to perform. Anybody can "do the job," and you can pretend all the way through.
Cons: Where do I even start:
* Bad pay
* Terrible promotion criteria
* Jennifer Jackson is a joke. Capital One Canada has not grown since she took over. She has been focusing on her own brand and career growth instead of the organization.
