Applied through the Summit program and received the same interview as juniors.
There were three 50-minute interviews:
- Behavioral
- Case
- Technical
The technical portion included two easy/medium LeetCode questions and an OOP/system design question.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.

Pros: Team Building Activities
Big organization
Looks good on a resume.
Pay is good.
Cons: Regular Happy Hour (Remember, not everyone drinks).
Cross-calibration is not reflective of a person's performance.
They do not advertise how to switch teams.

Pros: Great pay for new graduates
Cons: Rotation can be a hit or miss. The first team was excellent in every aspect. The second team has a terrible WLB with boring projects.
