Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience
Process
They flew us out to Virginia for an onsite interview.
We got to chat with a current employee over lunch, followed by three rounds of interviews back-to-back.
We were provided with our own interview rooms for:
- A behavioral interview.
- A case study (which was more software engineering than business case study).
- Technical questions.
Questions
Standard behavioral questions were asked. The case study focused on design and code quality and was definitely unrelated to the video they emailed for prep.
