Process

First, they send a code signal. Then, there's a three-hour interview, broken up into a technical section, a technical case, and a behavioral section.

The technical case interviewer was very bad – muffled audio, unclear speech, and his children were screaming into the mic. This, combined with his thick accent, made it impossible to understand. However, the other two interviewers were very kind and showed genuine interest in the process.

Questions

Create a bank account data structure - fairly easy

Reverse a linked list in groups of k and then swap the groups in pairs - medium

Case - eno chatbot and a bunch of code, ask a lot of questions

Behavioral:

  • Time when you assumed leadership
  • Time when you went beyond the status quo
  • Time when you relied on a teammate for a project
