Supplier Manager Interview Experience - Richmond, Virginia

Process

The interview process was extensive. Once contacted by the recruiter, I was required to take several online tests. Most of these involved math that I had not used in a while, but also included personality tests.

After I finished (and apparently passed) the tests, I was brought in for several rounds of interviews with quite a few people. These interviews lasted a few hours each, over the course of a few days.

Finally, on the last round, I was asked to do a few case studies, answer more questions, and ask questions. The whole process from beginning to end took about 1.5-2 months.

Questions
