I was first sent an online assessment. After I passed it, a recruiter reached out and scheduled an onsite interview. The onsite, called "Power Day," consisted of three rounds:
- A technical round
- A case study round
- A behavioral round
Throughout the process, my recruiter was very helpful in scheduling and clarifying the interview formats.
