The process was very quick.

First, I completed the Codesignal assessment. I found it more challenging than assessments from other companies, though this likely depends on the specific questions received.

Following that, I was invited back for a "Power Day," which consisted of three interviews:

• A technical case interview
• A technical interview
• A behavioral interview

The technical interview was quite straightforward, lacking complex algorithms. The technical case interview, however, was unexpectedly difficult. I felt unprepared, and it was significantly harder than the example provided in the preparation materials. The behavioral interview was standard.

Out of office, challenged the status quo, and worked with another person to reach a goal.
