Pros: 1. Es muy buena opción para poder entrar como primer trabajo.
2. 45,000 brutos MXN al mes, además de un bono de entrada de 100,000 MXN.
3. El trabajo es muy relajado.
4. Varios eventos sociales pagados por la empresa.
5. Tienes hardware gratis por parte de la empresa.
6. 3 días en oficina, 2 en casa.
Cons: 1. You don't have stocks.
2. In my opinion, it's not a good option to grow or stay for so long.
3. You won't grow as much professionally.
4. They have a strong culture of competition among everyone at your level to grow. If you want to grow, you have to beat others.
