I started with the typical CodeSignal assessment and didn't perform as well as I'd hoped, but I still received a Powerday offer.
The Powerday consisted of three interviews:
- Technical
- Behavioral
- Case Study
The recruiter emailed about scheduling a call the following day.
Questions
Behavioral: A time you challenged the status quo. A time when you taught yourself something.
Technical: Wasn't LeetCode style, more of a design style.
Case Study: Involved making business statements and analyzing code.
