Advice to Management

Cut the excessive amount of micro-managers at every level.

Use budget savings to reward developers & IT workers. Developers do all of the real work. Middle managers mostly sit around, get bored, and try to create extra work for developers because they have nothing better to do.

It doesn't take three business people to manage two developers.
