The company culture and people are generally very good. Good work-life balance as well as an overall good career start.
The yearly review process for the company generally seems harsh, as they seem to want to cut the bottom x% off every review season (stack ranking).
This, adding on to their ideology of hiring more people to replace rather than keeping current talent, makes it a tedious place to work at.
It makes it feel like unless you're doing better than the person next to you, you may get slotted for the x% to be cut.

Associate Software Engineer
After passing the online assessment, there are two back-to-back interviews. The first one is one round of behavioral interview, three questions in total, followed by one round of technical interview, one coding question in total.

The first round was an Online Assessment via Code Signal, and it was just a GCA. This was followed by a second round featuring a systems design interview and a behavioral interview. Overall, it was pretty easy.
