I think Capital One has a better WLB than other big tech, and pay is still good (though not on FAANG level).
Tech is very good for a bank -- everything is cloud-based and utilizing good engineering practices for the most part.
The internship/TDP (post-grad) entry program is great, especially the internship. Seriously, it's GOATED.
Smart coworkers, though like any company, this will vary.
