Very open culture and good work-life balance. I have yet to see how the career progression is, since I’m still completing my first year, but it seems good from what I’m hearing from seniors. Decent work, could be better.
We got a raise after 6 months, which was prorated and a little underwhelming. The raise given at an average rating was under 7%.
You’re doing the best you can, and I’m pretty happy. Maybe a bit more freedom in jumping between projects.

Associate Software Engineer
After passing the online assessment, there are two back-to-back interviews. The first one is one round of behavioral interview, three questions in total, followed by one round of technical interview, one coding question in total.
