For the DC Metro area, the compensation for tech is good, but not competitive with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc.
The snack selection in the 1750 Tysons office is good. The 401k match is excellent. Health insurance is also pretty cheap.
I don't like how new grads have almost no control on their 2nd rotation performance management (bottom ~10% of employees get PIPed/fired).
Change performance management: Get rid of the required minimum of people in the bottom performance bracket.
