I arrived at their McLean office at 11:30. After waiting about 10 minutes, two employees came and took us to lunch. It was supposed to be a tour to show us a room to store our belongings. But instead, we had lunch first. The lunch ended at 1:00 p.m.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: * A phone screen. * An online self-coding assessment. * A live coding assessment, which included two other interviews, all within a four-hour period. The coding problems were not overly challen

The entire process was very organized and well put together. I interviewed during my senior year of college. After applying, I had to complete a Code Signal, followed by a Power Day. HR was very responsive and did as their emails instructed. Great e
