It’s an okay job
The company has a generous 401k match and will contribute up to 7.5% of your salary. There is also an ESPP with company match up to 2.25% of your salary. Currently hybrid with Mondays and Fridays remote. Office (depending on your location) has subsidized food so lunch can be cheap.
Free food and snacks are up to your LOB and budgets are pretty strict, so people are stingy. A lot of stress around stack ranking. You’re expected to go above and beyond just to keep up with peers.

Associate Software Engineer
After passing the online assessment, there are two back-to-back interviews. The first one is one round of behavioral interview, three questions in total, followed by one round of technical interview, one coding question in total.
