Flexible with remote work during the pandemic, kind and patient coworkers who are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I feel like I have many opportunities to learn and grow as a software engineer. Management is open and transparent with employees, and I'm happy I decided to work here.
Working at a bigger company, development work moves a bit slower than at a startup. Sometimes there is a lot of red tape to jump through, but management is aware of this and seems to be making efforts to put the power in the hands of engineering teams to move quicker and get things done.
