Great WLB but horrible management
Great work-life balance for engineers. The benefits are good. Projects can range from boring DevOps work to great. The pay is great for the Richmond area.
Horrible management and promotion process. Managers are incompetent and do not care to develop engineers. Bureaucratic and superficial promotion process. Pay is not on par with SWEs at tech companies.
