Everyone at the firm is an extremely friendly person to talk to. Colleagues are very supportive and caring. The firm arranges a lot of fun events, making sure that employee morale is always high. You will be treated as a valued individual, not just a number.
- Not as tech-oriented as you might want.
- A little slower than industry standards to adopt new technologies or concepts (faster than all other Canadian banks, though).
Really great job at making sure that employees feel supported and cared for all the time.
