The tech might be great, but the products are very moderate. Nothing special about what you're building most of the time. The product that you will be working on might be boring in nature.
Think outside the box and start doing crazy things that no other bank would dare to even think about. You have the talent and the skills to do great things, but you waste it on cumbersome tasks. Align your tech departments on a huge milestone and work the entire studio together to achieve it. Like integrating with the crypto space?
