Most of the work isn't challenging. If you want to be challenged, you'll need to pick up side-of-desk work.
I've heard mixed reviews about people in the TDP program. I was fortunate enough to be put on a good team, but others weren't so lucky.

Associate Software Engineer
After passing the online assessment, there are two back-to-back interviews. The first one is one round of behavioral interview, three questions in total, followed by one round of technical interview, one coding question in total.

The first round was an Online Assessment via Code Signal, and it was just a GCA. This was followed by a second round featuring a systems design interview and a behavioral interview. Overall, it was pretty easy.
