Recently, they introduced a monthly "Invest in Yourself" day where you can learn any skill you want. They also have a "clear the way" effort for engineers which helps us focus on engineering work rather than getting bogged down in process.
Great environment to learn AWS. Associates are provided many great tech resources to learn new skills.
Performance management sometimes rewards seniority rather than those who work on harder tasks.
