Great culture that motivates innovation and utilization of new technologies.

Cons

The structure can be quite political. Performance Management is taken very seriously, but employees are ranked in relation to other employees. Even when everyone is hard-working, if someone is very outspoken and is known for networking, they have greater chances of promotion over someone who works hard, does a great job, and lacks the networking skills.
